The Omaha Royals reached a milestone last night. 6,090 people were in attendance and that put them over the 11-million fan mark in their 41-year history. The organization is planning all sorts of giveaways during their 11 scheduled games in June. If you live in the area and haven’t been out to a game for a while, you have some added incentive now.

Poor Luke. He really didn't pitch badly, but I think his defense cost him a few soft runs, and as you said - the bats didn't help him at all!
Also, I LOOOVE that first photo. The crisp shadows across the mound are really cool!!
The Royals could sure use a steadying force in their rotation right now besides Greinke and Banny. Hopefully Luke is the guy to make it happen.
